German giants Borussia Dortmund are reportedly showing an interest in Liverpool forward Bobby Duncan.

According to the Daily Mail, Dortmund are tracking the 18-year-old, with Reds boss Jurgen Klopp preparing to include the teenager in Liverpool’s pre-season fixtures to fend off European interest.

Duncan, who is the cousin of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard, made the move to Merseyside from Manchester City last summer and has caught the eye with some impressive displays in Liverpool’s academy.

The youngster scored a remarkable 32 times for the Reds’ youth side last season, helping them to an FA Youth Cup triumph over former side City, however, Duncan didn’t do enough to earn a place in one of Klopp’s senior matchday squads.

The forward has just two years left on his Reds deal, and Liverpool officials and fans will be hoping that the player isn’t tempted in following the trend of English talent trying their luck in the Bundesliga.

Should Duncan stay with Liverpool or leave for Dortmund?
