The Gunners face Chelsea in the Europa League final next week, which could be Koscielny’s last game as an Arsenal player.

According to Get French Football News, L’Equipe have reported that Bayer Leverkusen are leading the race to sign the defender after Arsenal have stalled on offering him a new contract.

Despite his injury concerns in recent years, the French international has been fantastic at the back for the English side this season and even has three goals to his name.

Leverkusen are looking at bringing in an experienced centre-back to help solidify their defence as preparations get underway to improve their squad for next season.
