RB Leipzig are interested in signing highly-rated Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon this summer, according to the Telegraph.
Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are thought to be closing in on a deal for the left-sided player, however, it appears as if Spurs will have to fend off interest from RB Leipzig, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.
Sessegnon has been with Fulham since the age of eight and played a key role in the Cottagers’ promotion-winning season last year.
However, after Fulham’s instant relegation to the Championship was confirmed following the loss against Watford back in April, speculation has started to grow around Sessegnon’s future.
Sessegnon, who turns 19 on Saturday, is capable of playing as a left-back or left winger, something which appeals to all the interested parties.
Tottenham remain favourites to secure the services of Sessegnon over the summer, however, with RB Leipzig now interested, the 18-year-old may want to follow in the recent footsteps of other English teenagers who have shone in Germany.
