Borussia Dortmund are reportedly prepared to lock horns with Tottenham Hotspur as they go in search of Wilfried Zaha’s signature.
According to claims from German news outlet BILD, as cited in a report from Calciomercato, the Bundesliga outfit have identified Ivory Coast international Zaha as a potential target this summer.
It’s believed that Dortmund are set to lose a winger in the immediate future, with Andriy Yarmolenko likely to join West Ham in a deal worth £17.5 million.
Zaha was a talismanic figure for Crystal Palace last season and was instrumental as the club achieved a strong end to the campaign under Roy Hodgson.
However, according to recent reports, the versatile attacker has declined a new and improved contract offer from the Eagles, prompting talk that he could be on the move this summer.
Tottenham have been perennially linked with a move for Zaha, but it seems they could face fresh competition from Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund if they are to act on their interest.
