Brighton and Hove Albion are reportedly closing in on a deal to sign Leipzig defender Bernando according to Bild.
The defender is reportedly set to move to the Amex for a fee of over €10 million, with Leipzig making a profit on the €6 million that they paid for the Brazilian.
Bernardo is a right back by trade, but can also play in midfield, showing great versatility.
This deal has been rumoured before, but now it looks like it could finally happen, with Bernardo making the switch to England with Brighton.
The Bundesliga side are already reportedly looking at replacements for the Brazilian, with his move expected to be completed soon.
The Brazilian played 18 Bundesliga games last season, making a further six appearances in Europe for Leipzig.
