Borussia Monchengladbach and RB Leipzig are both interested in signing Liverpool youngster Rhian Brewster this summer.
The teenager is yet to sign a contract with the Reds and is considering becoming the latest young Englishman to move to Germany’s Bundesliga.
As per a report from Chris Bascombe of the Telegraph, both of the Bundesliga sides are interested in signing the 18-year-old, and Monchengladbach have already held initial talks with his agent.
Liverpool are keen to tie Brewster down to a new deal but he is looking to play regular first-team football and with Jurgen Klopp currently having one of Europe’s best attacking trios at his disposal, opportunities for the teenager to play regularly for Reds look like they’ll be few and far between.
According to the report, Liverpool, whilst hopeful of persuading Brewster to put pen to paper on a new deal, understand that he wants regular football and will not be angry with the teenager if he does decide to move on.
