Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly running the rule over Borussia Dortmund winger Christian Pulisic.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, Spurs have been monitoring the USA international’s progress in the recent weeks and are pondering a summer move for the youngster.
It’s claimed that Spurs scout Steve Hitchen was in attendance as Dortmund fell short in the first leg of their Champions League quarter final clash against Monaco, with Pulisic coming off the bench in their 3-2 defeat.
The 18-year-old has been in superb form this season and has emerged as one of the Bundesliga’s most promising young players, putting in consistent displays of maturity and creativity.
Pulisic’s versatility has impressed many this season, with him showing that he is capable of playing out on either wing or in the hole behind the striker if necessary.
Dortmund are unlikely to let go of one of their key prospects for the future, but Spurs look set to test their resolve.
