Naby Keita has emerged as one of the most sought-after midfielders playing in Europe right now and the list of potential suitors keeps on growing.

Liverpool have been heavily linked with a move for Keita in recent weeks but according to James Pearce of the Liverpool Echo, the Reds face significant competition for the robust midfielder.

Bayern Munich have also been scouting the RB Leipzig star this season with a view to making a summer move for the Guinea international, with Borussia Dortmund, Atletico Madrid and Arsenal also mentioned as interested parties.

The 22-year-old left Guinea in August 2013 to join Ligue 2 side Istres FC where he caught the eye of RB Salzburg who coughed up £1.3m to sign him the following year.

After two years with the Austrian side, the Red Bull owners decided to move Keita to Leipzig at the start of this season where he’s scored four goals in 21 Bundesliga games this season.
