Schalke forward Leroy Sane could be following Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola to Manchester City this summer, per Goal.com.
Sane had been the subject of interest from multiple Premier League sides in the January transfer window, including Liverpool and Arsenal.
However, it now appears that the young German may be heading for another destination this summer, with Guardiola said to be interested in securing the services of the Schalke striker for his new Manchester City side.
Guardiola, who will leave Bayern Munich at the end of the season to become Man City’s new boss, had previously said of Sane:
Leroy is a huge talent and I can only congratulate Germany on having a talent like him.
Sane will not be pried away from the Bundesliga outfit easily though, with Schalke said to value their young striker at €60 million, which would be a huge fee for such a raw talent.
The 20-year-old has scored eight goals in 34 career appearances for Schalke and looks set for a bright future.
