Wimmer, 23, arrived at White Hart Lane in the summer following his move from FC Köln.
Wimmer has found it hard to break into the Spurs first team following the unbreakable partnership of Jan Vertonghen and Toby Alderweireld.
The Spurs boss rubbishes the reports of a move away for the defender after VfB Stuttgart were linked with the move.
Bundesliga Latest announced on Twitter that the Argentinian man was against a loan move for the 23-year-old.
The Austrian has been stuck on the bench throughout the opening half of the season. He has featured just three times in all competitions (two appearances in the Europa League and one in the Capital One Cup).
Wimmer may be in Pochettino’s plans during the later stages of the Europa League as Spurs will face tough Italian opposition, Fiorentina, in the round of 32.
